Senior Manager, Program Management Office

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Manager, Program Management Office based in the United States. This role leads enterprise-wide program planning, governance, and execution across strategic and technology-enabled initiatives. You will help translate organizational priorities into actionable roadmaps, investment decisions, and measurable outcomes. The position works closely with business leaders, Project Managers, Product, Engineering, IT, Finance, Operations, and executive stakeholders. You will provide visibility into portfolio health, budgets, risks, dependencies, resource capacity, and delivery performance. The role also drives consistent PMO practices, reporting standards, governance frameworks, and delivery methodologies across initiatives. As a people leader, you will coach and mentor Project Managers while strengthening accountability, collaboration, and delivery excellence.
