What you will do - Deliver exceptional customer service. - Perform troubleshooting. - Call, collect and analyze customer feedback. - Escalate cases when necessary and follow up to guarantee customer satisfaction. - Show empathy and professionalism in every interaction, whether written or verbal. - Manage customers and support them with a premium experience. - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve cases quickly and efficiently. - Consistently meet performance targets and quality standards. What you will bring - Excellent Polish language skills. - Very good English communication skills. - Previous experience in customer service, ideally in a premium or luxury brand. - Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle sensitive cases. - Good computer literacy. - Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus. - Bachelor’s degree preferred.
