Senior Director, Product (Employer of Record)

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Director, Product (Employer of Record) based in Ireland. As Senior Director of Product, you will own the vision, strategy, and execution for a critical Employer of Record (EOR) product offering. You will oversee the full employment lifecycle, from onboarding and contracts to benefits, payroll, time off, and offboarding. Your scope will span customer-facing experiences, internal operational tooling, and the employee experience delivered through the platform. You will turn complex regulatory and operational requirements into scalable, automated product experiences that reduce risk and improve efficiency. Working across Product, Engineering, Design, Operations, Legal, and Finance, you will shape both product strategy and broader business outcomes. You will lead and develop a team of product leaders while raising the bar for ownership, performance, and outcome-driven product management.
