This enterprise-facing role focuses on solutions for Tier-1 banks, asset managers, custodians, payment networks, and regulated FIs. 📋 Responsibilities include: - Own institutional tokenization and markets strategy, roadmap, and execution - Build solutions for Tier-1 banks, asset managers, custodians, payment networks, and regulated FIs - Translate institutional requirements into technical specs and engineering priorities - Support Tier-1 FSI deal cycles, RFPs, InfoSec reviews, technical evaluations, enterprise integrations, and partner relationships - Use AI tools for prototyping and product development 🔑 Requirements: - 5+ years Product Management experience - Strong technical background in software, DevOps, or cloud infrastructure - Proven ownership of enterprise product roadmaps from strategy through launch - Deep TradFi / financial services experience, including settlement, fund operations, trade lifecycle, and post-trade workflows - Experience with Tier-1 FSI deal cycles, RFPs, InfoSec reviews, technical evaluations, enterprise integrations, and partner management - Comfort using AI tools for prototyping; not a generic Web3 PM role 🛠 Nice-to-have: - Hedera / HTS / Consensus Service / Smart Contract Service; tokenization or digital asset infrastructure - Privacy, confidential computing, or selective disclosure; asset tokenization platforms / private blockchain experience 📩 To apply: DM Roi Edward Fajardo on LinkedIn with your CV or LinkedIn profile: https://www.linkedin.com/in/roi-edward-fajardo-82b305208.
