What You Will Own: - Architect and maintain large-scale bare metal fleet - provisioning, lifecycle, automation - Build tooling for OS deployment, hardware monitoring, and fleet management (think MaaS, Ansible, Terraform) - Troubleshoot deep Linux, hardware, and network issues across global PoPs - Work on projects that directly impact latency and performance for top gaming companies Who You Are: - 5-8+ years in Bare Metal / Data Center Infrastructure / SRE - Deep Linux expert, PXE, IPMI/iDRAC, RAID, hardware diagnostics - Strong in Python / Go / Bash for automation - Experience with large fleets (500+ servers) Originally posted on Himalayas
