Head of Technology Permanent Hybrid role Experience of working in a medium sized fast growth tech / Software firm is a must. Our mid sized technology client is looking for an accomplished technology leader to lead and further develop their global IT function across Hardware, Software/SAAS focused business units. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will shape their global IT strategy & operating model while ensuring secure, reliable and cost-effective services across Europe and North America. This is a highly visible role combining strategic leadership, operational excellence and continuous transformation. Your impact will include: - Leading and developing a geographically distributed IT organisation - Evolving infrastructure, workplace technology and enterprise applications - Strengthening cybersecurity, resilience, governance and risk management - Prioritising technology investments and managing budgets and strategic partners - Identifying practical opportunities in automation, AI and emerging technology - Balancing Group-wide standards and shared capabilities with legitimate business-specific needs What you’ll bring: - Significant senior IT leadership experience in an international, multi-site organisation - A strong record across infrastructure, cloud, enterprise applications, cybersecurity, identity and access management, integration and IT service management - Experience modernising complex technology environments and leading distributed teams - Commercial judgement, executive-level communication skills and a focus on measurable business value If you are a pragmatic, business-oriented technology leader who can build on strong foundations while guiding meaningful change, we would like to hear from you.
