RMG Talent is working with a Sydney-based digital agency specialising in web development, lead generation and digital marketing that is seeking to onboard a Senior Meta Ads & Client Success Manager (Remote, South Africa) to join their team. The successful candidate manages paid Meta campaigns for Australian clients, drives measurable lead-generation results and builds strong client relationships while supporting the agency's growth. Duties And Responsibilities - Manage and optimise Meta advertising campaigns across multiple client accounts - Develop lead-generation strategies focused on generating qualified enquiries and improving return on investment - Manage campaign budgets, tracking, optimisation and scaling - Work with Meta Ads Manager, Pixel and Conversions API to monitor and improve campaign performance - Develop creative testing strategies and use campaign data to guide optimisation decisions - Analyse performance metrics, identify opportunities for improvement and reduce customer acquisition costs - Communicate campaign performance and recommendations clearly to clients - Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and accountability - Take ownership of campaign outcomes and contribute to the agency's continued growth Position details Location: Remote – South Africa (Philippines and Malaysia also possible) Work model: Remote (early South African hours, overlapping with Sydney) Job type: Full time Positions: 1 Start: ASAP Salary: Up to A$3,000 per month (for candidates based in South Africa) Requirements - At least 5 years of hands-on Meta Ads experience - Previous experience managing multiple client accounts, preferably within a digital marketing agency - Proven experience generating qualified leads, reducing acquisition costs and improving ROI - Experience with Meta Ads Manager, Pixel, Conversions API, campaign tracking and optimisation - Ability to manage budgets, develop creative testing strategies and scale successful campaigns - Excellent English communication skills and experience working with Australian or UK clients - Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate campaign data into actionable recommendations - Commercial mindset, accountability and strong client relationship management skills - Ability to work remotely while maintaining working-hour overlap with Sydney, Australia Strong advantages: - Experience generating leads for professional services, healthcare, legal services or trades - Experience managing paid advertising in an agency environment - Potential to progress into a Head of Paid Media position Benefits - Remote working - Monthly budget of up to A$3,000 for candidates based in South Africa - Early South African working hours to provide overlap with Sydney - Opportunity to contribute directly to agency growth - Potential career progression towards Head of Paid Media Originally posted on Himalayas
