​​Looking for Philippines-based candidates Job Role: Australian Mortgage Loan Processor and Broker Support Compensation range: $1,000 AUD - $1,300 AUD / Monthly Engagement type: Independent Contractor Agreement Work Schedule: This role is expected to align with the AU business hours (approx. 9 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday) for collaboration, but as a contractor, you’ll have flexibility in how you manage your time. We are not an outsourcing agency. All of our roles are 100% remote so you'll be able to work from home. Who The Client Is: A financial services firm providing investment advice, equities trading, and research for retail and wholesale clients. Offers access to domestic and international markets, including IPOs and listed securities, through a partner securities company. Role Overview: This role supports an Australian mortgage broking team by managing loan applications from initial assessment through approval and settlement. The successful candidate will review client information, complete credit and compliance checks, prepare and submit loan applications, manage lender requirements, and keep clients and key stakeholders updated throughout the process. Key Responsibilities: - Reviewing client profiles and supporting information to complete preliminary assessments - Assisting the Finance Broker to ensure that all compliance requirements are met. - Completing lender pricing approvals, client credit checks and ordering valuations - Loan processing which includes data input into Aggregator CRM and ApplyOnline, - Lender document collection and packaging for submission - Actively managing client relationships, collecting additional supporting documentation, and providing loan status updates. - Manage conditionally approved applications and address lender information requests. - Communicate with key stakeholders including lenders, real estate agents, solicitors and accountants. - Actively follow up pre-approved home loans to full approval and settlement - Use knowledge and judgment to encourage third party groups to meet approval conditions to ensure loan applications follow through to settlement -  Report any loans that may be considered fraudulent - Provide effective communication to Business Partners, Lending Team, and other key stakeholders - Request, validate, and mitigate risks on valuation reports Requirements - Minimum of 2-year Australian Mortgage Loan Processing experience is required. - Previous experience working on any of the following tools is an advantage: - Apply Online, - Podium, - Mercury, - Symmetry - Flex - Sales Trekker - this is a plus. - High attention to detail and extremely organized - Great at managing workload and prioritising tasks where necessary to meet deadlines. - Excellent English comprehension and fluency with good attention to grammar and spelling can-do attitude with the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment. - Be willing to work collaboratively and be driven as a team player. Work Arrangement & Expectations: This is a remote role that will be set up as an independent contractor engagement.
