Dear Candidates , Senior DevOps- Location -Lisbon ✅ Country-Portugal ✅ Remote conditions 4 days ✅ English LevelC1 ✅ Mandatory Portuguese Residency ✅ The service to be provided will be part of integration team. The platform is built on a tightly integrated stack composed of Confluent Cloud, AWS, Kubernetes and Snowflake. This platform offers a production-ready, operational data mesh for Domain Deliver, consisting of source-aligned and consumer-aligned data products exposed via event streams, APIs, and data stores, enabling real-time transactional and operational use cases. This service’s daily tasks will be distributed along these topics: - Architecture Backup & Code Review by acting as primary backup for the lead developer in all architecture decisions and conducting code reviews for all infrastructure and automation changes - Microservices Development (Python)- Headless ECS Fargate Event Processors (QuickEvents-APPs) : develop, maintain, and extend Python-based containerized Kafka consumer services deployed as headless AWS ECS Fargate tasks - Serverless API Development (Python)- AWS Lambda REST APIs (QuickData-APIs) : develop and maintain Python Lambda functions exposing data access REST APIs including versioning and alias strategies - Operational Tooling & Automation Development (Develop scripts for recurring operational tasks and Confluent CLI operations) Requirements Mandatory: - Senior Level - DevOps experience, preferably in platform engineering, data engineering roles - Senior Level - Python - Classes & Metaprogramming; Data Classes & Type Validation; API Engineering; Algorithmic Patterns; Lambda handlers; transformation apps; automation scripts - Mid-Level - AWS Cloud Expertise - EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, IAM, CloudWatch (preference to AWS certificates) - Mid-Level - Version Control - Git workflows, pipelines , conventional commits, and merge request - Mid-Level - Shell script – Operational automation, CL scripts Nice to Have - Mid-Level - Experience with data platform infrastructure and database operations : databases (relation and nonrelational), data Structures (json, xml) and using SQL - Junior Level - Streaming platforms: Confluent Cloud (Kafka) or event streaming concepts (topics, consumers, producers) - Junior Level - AWS Lambda configuration and AWS ECS or container orchestration Share your updated CV --easani.goswami@multivision.pt
