Delivery Manager

We're seeking an experienced Customer Delivery Manager to manage the end-to-end implementation of SaaS solutions for customers. You'll take ownership of multiple customer projects, from onboarding and implementation through to training and adoption, while working closely with Product, Development and Customer Care teams. Key Responsibilities - Lead end-to-end SaaS implementations and customer onboarding. - Manage multiple projects, timelines and customer requirements. - Build strong relationships with key customer stakeholders. - Coordinate internal teams to ensure smooth delivery. - Manage risks and resolve delivery issues proactively. - Support customer training, adoption and ongoing engagement. - Drive continuous improvement across implementation processes. What We're Looking For - 5+ years' experience in Customer Delivery, Implementation, Project Management or Customer Success within SaaS/technology. - Experience with SaaS implementations, integrations, data migration and user training. - Strong project and stakeholder management skills. - Experience with tools such as Jira, Monday.com, Trello or Asana. - Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot or similar CRM platforms. - PMP, PRINCE2 or Agile certification is advantageous.
