Software Engineer in Test (SDET) (Ingeniero de Software en Pruebas)

Our partner is looking for a Software Engineer in Test (SDET) (Ingeniero de Software en Pruebas) based in Brazil. This is an engineering-focused QA automation role where you’ll build the infrastructure, frameworks, services, and tooling that make automated quality possible at scale. You’ll develop production-grade software that enables engineering teams to create, execute, monitor, and trust automated tests. The role combines backend and full-stack development with modern test automation, CI/CD, and developer tooling. You’ll work closely with QA, product engineers, and technical leads to improve testability, reliability, and engineering velocity. You’ll also help establish foundations for AI-assisted testing, enabling agents and tools to generate and execute reliable test specifications.
