Core Responsibilities - Talent Sourcing & Aggregation:Proactively source, headhunt, and aggregate qualified candidates through job boards, social networks, tech communities, and direct outreach. - Pipeline Management:Guide potential talent seamlessly through every phase of the hiring funnel, from initial outreach and screening to interview scheduling and offer presentation. - Candidate Screening:Assess candidate qualifications, technical backgrounds, and culture fit through structured initial interviews. - Onboarding Execution:Facilitate the transition from candidate to team member by coordinating onboarding documentation, equipment setup, and orientation schedules. - Collaborative Hiring:Work closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, refine ideal candidate profiles, and deliver regular recruitment status updates.
