Oracle Talent / Learning / Compensation Consultant (Freelance)

For the setup of a long-term Oracle HCM expert pool, we are looking for an experienced consultant covering multiple areas across Talent Management, Learning and Compensation. We are not looking for a traditional full-time project consultant. We understand that not every consultant covers all three modules at the same depth. Strong hands-on expertise in at least two of the three areas is therefore sufficient. Project setup: - Contract: Freelance - Location: Remote - Workload: Flexible assignments based on actual demand with no guaranteed minimum volume Tasks - Functional support for Talent, Learning and/or Compensation - Issue analysis and bug fixing - Configuration and optimization of existing processes - Implementation of smaller enhancements and new features - Support with Oracle quarterly releases - Impact assessments and testing - Functional advice to business stakeholders Requirements - Several years of Oracle HCM Cloud experience - Strong hands-on expertise in at least two of the following modules: Talent, Learning, Compensation - Productive configuration and support experience - Experience with issue analysis and enhancements - Good understanding of Core HR processes - Experience with releases and testing - Ability to work independently with client stakeholders - Very good English skills Nice-to-haves - Hands-on experience in all three modules - Performance Management - Goals - Succession Planning - International HCM processes Originally posted on Himalayas
