Senior Director, Implementations

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Director, Implementations based in United States. This is a transformational leadership opportunity to build a unified implementation organization across multiple business units. You will own the customer journey from signed deal through successful go-live, including complex migrations. The role combines organizational design, operational excellence, customer experience, and commercial strategy. You will establish consistent methodologies, reliable performance metrics, scalable tooling, and clear delivery standards. A key focus will be balancing human-led services with self-service models to improve efficiency and accelerate time-to-value. You will work closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Support to turn customer commitments into successful outcomes. The position also offers the opportunity to shape a future professional services model and influence how implementation capabilities scale.
