Scopely is looking for a Compensation Partner, Scopely Explore to join our Total Rewards team in Mexico City, Mexico, on a hybrid basis, with three days per week in the office.

What You Will Do
- Serve as the dedicated compensation partner for Scopely Explore, understanding team needs and translating compensation programs into clear guidance and timely support.
- Review job requisitions and new-hire offers, assess compensation inputs, identify exceptions or risks and provide data-informed recommendations.
- Support annual and mid-year compensation cycles and administer bonuses and performance-based incentives, from planning through reconciliation.
- Validate equity-vesting data, resolve discrepancies and partner with Payroll to reconcile compensation-related payroll inputs accurately and on time.
- Build compensation models and scenarios to support integration decisions and transitions between compensation plans.
- Maintain compensation data accuracy and governance in Workday through controls, audits and process documentation.
- Partner with Payroll, Finance, Legal, People Business Partners, HR Technology and Recruiting to resolve issues, coordinate dependencies and deliver compensation work.
- Document and standardize compensation processes, identify automation opportunities and use AI-assisted workflows to improve speed and quality while maintaining human oversight, data safeguards and output validation.
What We're Looking For
- Demonstrated compensation knowledge and quantitative analysis skills, supported by 3+ years of experience in compensation, total rewards analytics, finance, investment banking or another closely related field.
- Experience turning complex data into clear recommendations and supporting job-requisition and offer reviews, compensation cycles, incentives, equity-related processes or comparable compensation operations.
- Proficiency in Excel and experience with human resources information systems or compensation tools.
- A track record of maintaining accurate data, applying controls and documenting processes, with attention to detail when identifying and resolving discrepancies.
- Ability to explain compensation topics clearly to different audiences in writing and conversation, collaborate across functions and manage competing priorities while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.
- Demonstrated experience, operating or improving agentic AI workflows in a business setting. You must be able to design safe workflows, define the agent's steps, place human approvals at appropriate points, safeguard sensitive data, validate outputs, handle failures, document the workflow and measure accuracy and business impact.
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong English language skills are required for this role, as we have a highly diverse, global business.
Bonus Points
- Experience in the gaming, technology or entertainment industry.
- Workday experience. Workday Advanced Compensation experience is an additional advantage.
- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or a comparable compensation certification.
- Experience supporting compensation integration or plan-transition work.
- Experience with Python, R or other tools used for data analysis and workflow automation.
