Head of Delivery, AI Operations

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Head of Delivery, AI Operations based in United States. As Head of Delivery, AI Operations, you will lead the delivery of complex AI services supporting the development and evaluation of next-generation AI systems. You will oversee training data collection and annotation, adversarial testing, model evaluation, and AI safety review programs. The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on operational execution across global delivery teams and multiple workforce models. You will work closely with customers and internal stakeholders to define high-quality solutions, establish production protocols, and continuously improve delivery performance. A major focus will be Physical AI, including robotics and world model development, in an environment where technology and requirements evolve rapidly. You will champion experimentation, automation, testing, and scalable processes while building a high-performance culture across teams.
