Commercial Underwriter

In this role, you will manage commercial insurance accounts of moderate to high complexity, evaluating risks and determining appropriate coverage for new business, renewals, and policy endorsements. You will build strong relationships with independent insurance agencies across Iowa while collaborating with sales, claims, and loss control teams. Beyond managing your territory, you will help develop agency partnerships, support colleagues through mentoring, and contribute to broader business initiatives.
