Principal Product Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Principal Product Manager based in the United States. This is a high-impact product leadership role focused on shaping and scaling a major B2B SaaS product in the people intelligence and HR technology space. You will own product strategy, define success metrics, and build the business case for continued investment. The role combines strategic vision with hands-on product decision-making across complex, AI-enabled workflows. You’ll develop a deep understanding of target customers, buyers, and market needs to guide product direction. Working closely with engineering and cross-functional leaders, you’ll prioritize innovation and drive major milestones from concept through delivery.
