Description

The team you'll be working with: You will be part of the Technology & Engineering and Solution & Design community within the NTT DATA Salesforce & Integration Practice across UK & Ireland. You will work alongside Enterprise Architects, Solution Architects, Technical Architects, MuleSoft Developers, and Delivery teams. As a MuleSoft Solution Architect, you will play a key role in designing and delivering integration-led solutions that connect Salesforce with broader enterprise ecosystems. You will operate across the full lifecycle — from presales and architecture design through to delivery governance and client advisory. Note you must either have Full UK Security Clearance (SC) or be able to attain it to be eligible for this role. What you'll be doing: - Design and deliver API-led integration architectures using the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, translating business and technical requirements into scalable, secure and reusable solutions. - Define API strategies, standards and governance, driving consistency, reuse and alignment with enterprise integration practices. - Lead the integration of Salesforce and other enterprise systems across cloud and on-premise environments, working closely with architects, engineering teams and stakeholders. - Provide architectural leadership throughout delivery, ensuring solutions align with agreed designs, best practices and non-functional requirements including performance, resilience and observability. - Support client engagements and presales activities, facilitating workshops, shaping solutions, contributing to estimates and presenting integration strategies to stakeholders. - Champion MuleSoft best practice across the organisation through mentoring, reusable assets, capability development and continuous improvement. What experience you'll bring: - Proven experience as a MuleSoft Solution Architect or senior integration architect within a consulting or enterprise environment - Strong expertise in MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, including API Manager, Runtime Manager, and Anypoint Studio - Deep understanding of API-led connectivity, microservices, and integration patterns - Experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, data platforms, legacy systems) - Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, event-driven architecture, messaging, and middleware concepts, including AgentFabric - Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and deployment automation - Experience supporting presales, solution shaping, and client-facing engagements - MuleSoft certifications (e.g., MuleSoft Certified Architect / Developer) highly desirable - Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills - Clearance: Security Clearance will be required for this role.
