Bilingual Customer Care Representative

As a Bilingual Customer Care Representative, you will support clients and drivers by providing reliable, efficient, and empathetic assistance in both French and English. Working remotely, you will handle customer inquiries across multiple communication channels, including phone, chat, and email. You will help resolve questions related to fleet services, fuel cards, vehicle ordering, registration, toll management, insurance documentation, and remarketing. By combining active listening, problem-solving, and clear communication, you will help customers navigate complex processes and find practical solutions. You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolutions and contribute to individual and collective service goals.
