Your Responsibilities: - Support Finnish-speaking customers with order-related issues (tracking, returns, payments). - Communicate clearly and professionally across channels (phone, email, chat). - Handle sensitive data responsibly and securely. - Escalate complex cases using internal tools and procedures. - Monitor and improve your own KPIs.
