HR Lead

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a HR Lead based in United Kingdom. This is a hands-on HR leadership role within a fully remote, cross-disciplinary game development environment. You will own the full employee lifecycle, from workforce planning and recruitment through onboarding, employee relations, development, and offboarding. You will partner closely with leaders to anticipate hiring needs and build efficient, structured processes that attract and retain strong talent. The role combines strategic people initiatives with day-to-day HR operations, giving you direct influence on culture, engagement, and team effectiveness. You will also provide a trusted and neutral point of contact for employees, helping address challenges early and constructively. With a strong focus on autonomy, psychological safety, and continuous improvement, this role is well suited to an experienced HR professional who enjoys making a tangible impact in a growing remote organization.
