Director, Security

Overview This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic security leader to shape and scale the security organization of a rapidly growing AI infrastructure platform. In this role, you will own the end-to-end security posture across cloud infrastructure, applications, operations, and corporate environments. You will define security strategy, strengthen compliance programs, and protect customer workloads while enabling rapid innovation and growth. Working closely with Engineering, Product, Infrastructure, Legal, and commercial teams, you will embed security throughout the development lifecycle without compromising delivery speed. You will build and mentor high-performing teams, champion automation, and establish measurable improvements in threat detection and incident response. This remote-first leadership position is ideal for someone who combines deep technical expertise with strong business judgment and a passion for securing next-generation AI infrastructure.
