📣 DevOps Manager — Marketing Technology & Behavioural Science 💰 Up to £75k + 10% bonus 📍 Remote — just once a month visit in London 💻 Azure · Azure DevOps · CI/CD · Bicep · Docker 🌍 Global impact · Unlimited holiday I’m working with a marketing technology business that uses behavioural science to help some of the world’s biggest brands understand what makes their advertising effective. Their platform brings together audience testing, data processing and automated reporting to help brands make better creative decisions. They’re now looking for a hands-on DevOps Manager to improve how that software is built, deployed and supported, while leading a small team of two. The initial focus is practical: understand the existing setup, identify what could work better and take ownership of making those improvements happen. You’ll have room to shape the technical direction, improve deployment pipelines and automation, and help an infrastructure-focused team build its DevOps capability. Over time, coaching and developing the team will become a bigger part of the role, building on the foundations you’ve put in place yourself. Could be a strong fit if you: • Have strong hands-on DevOps and cloud engineering experience • Know Azure well, or bring strong AWS experience and are comfortable moving into Azure • Have improved CI/CD pipelines and software delivery processes • Have worked with infrastructure as code — Bicep, Terraform or equivalent • Have experience leading people and enjoy helping engineers develop • Can assess an existing environment, recommend improvements and deliver them • Want to stay technical while taking ownership of a small team The current environment is Azure-led and uses Bicep, but there’s openness to different tools where they make sense. You’ll help shape how the infrastructure and deployment tooling evolve.
