Senior BESS Inverter Performance Engineer

As a Senior BESS Inverter Performance Engineer, you will play a critical role in optimizing the performance and reliability of utility-scale battery energy storage systems (BESS). You will investigate complex inverter-related issues, identify root causes, and drive corrective actions in collaboration with technology vendors and engineering teams. Your expertise will help distinguish software, firmware, control logic, hardware, and power system challenges to ensure reliable system operation. You will oversee retrofit implementation across multiple sites, tracking progress, validation results, risks, and resolution milestones. Working in the renewable energy sector, you will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to improve system performance and operational efficiency.
