Responsibilities:
Build the market
-
Develop and deliver a BeLux fleet market-entry plan with priority customer segments, target leasing partners, account plans and clear commercial milestones, with an initial focus on Belgium.

Prospect, pitch and win corporate fleets, leasing companies and other relevant B2B accounts; build a qualified pipeline and lead proposals, tenders and fleet agreement negotiations.
Strengthen leasing competitiveness

Buiive quotations and long-term commercial partnerships.

Compare monthly lease prices, residual value assumptions, financing, maintenance costs and competitor offers; identify practical ways to improve the customer proposition while protecting sustainable margins.

Work with European HQ teams responsible for residual value and finance, alongside local Product, Aftersales and Network colleagues, to make evidence-based cases for stronger residual values and attractive lease offers.
Deliver and improve

Manage key opportunities from initial contact through quotation, tender, agreement and launch; develop accounts after the first sale.

Coordinate with Marketing, Product, Aftersales, Network and Finance so fleet commitments are commercially sound and operationally deliverable.

Monitor Belgian fleet and leasing trends, competing models and relevant policy changes; report on pipeline, partner progress, lease competitiveness, conversion and fleet volume.
Your Profile:
-
At least five years of relevant experience in automotive fleet sales, leasing or closely related B2B mobility roles, with proven ownership of Belgian fleet or leasing accounts.

A track record of winning new business and negotiating with leasing companies and corporate fleet decision-makers; able to point to specific commercial results.

Practical understanding of residual value, lease pricing and total cost of ownership, including the factors that influence a vehicle’s monthly lease rate.

Able to develop and execute a credible market-entry plan for a newer brand; comfortable working independently and aligning colleagues across functions.

Good knowledge of the Belgian fleet market; Luxembourg market experience and BEV/PHEV experience are valuable.

Fluent in Dutch, French and English.
