Product Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Product Manager based in Switzerland. As a Product Manager, you will help improve the performance, reliability, and reach of a technology product operating in the blockchain and decentralized finance ecosystem. You will take ownership of execution quality, ensuring that liquidity sources perform as expected and transactions meet defined success standards. You will also lead the integration of new liquidity providers and ecosystems, expanding product capabilities and market coverage. Working closely with engineering, business development, quality assurance, and data teams, you will turn complex technical challenges into clear, actionable product priorities. You will use analytics, monitoring, and experimentation to identify issues, guide decisions, and continuously improve product performance. The role offers the opportunity to influence a technically sophisticated product within a collaborative, international, and remote-first environment.
