Maximize governmental reimbursement through supervision of Medicare/Medicaid cost reporting and audit support. 2. Coordinate monthly calculation and analysis of revenue deductions and A/R reserves. 3. Coordinate various projects as deemed necessary by the Director, Reimbursment. Position Details: This position is REMOTE Seeking a reimbursement leader with deep expertise in cost reporting and teaching hospital reimbursement. The ideal candidate will have direct experience supporting intern and resident programs, including IME and GME reimbursement, and a strong understanding of the financial and regulatory requirements that impact accredited residency training programs. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Education: Bachelor of Science in business, accounting, or finance. Experience: - 5 years of progressive development within a healthcare environment including experience managing staff. - Recent hands-on responsibility for the preparation, completion, and review of healthcare cost reports, including experience supporting IME and GME reimbursement within an intern and resident training environment. Other: - Effective communication skills with peers and upper management. - Proficient with Microsoft Office programs. - Understanding of Medicare/Medicaid regulations. - Understanding of the net revenue month-end closing process.
