Job Title: Forensic Technology Senior Manager Sector: Professional Services Location: Dublin (Hybrid) Salary: €100,000 - €120,000 plus bonus & benefits Our Client Our client is a large, market-leading global Professional Services firm with a well-established Forensic Analytics and Technology practice in Dublin. Why should you apply? This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly regarded Forensic Analytics and Technology team in a senior leadership position. The role has become available following an internal promotion from Senior Manager to Director, providing a clear example of the progression opportunities available within the team. You will join a team of approximately 14 professionals and take responsibility for leading a team while delivering complex client engagements. This is a broad position combining Forensic Technology, advanced analytics and AI with senior client management and business development. Who should apply? This role will suit an experienced Forensic Technology or Analytics professional who can combine technical expertise with strong consulting, leadership and commercial skills. Consulting experience is essential, although it does not need to be your most recent experience. - Significant experience within Forensic Technology, Forensic Analytics, Digital Forensics, eDiscovery or a related area - Previous consulting experience, ideally within a large Professional Services firm or specialist consultancy - Strong knowledge of data analytics and emerging AI technologies, with exposure to areas such as machine learning, NLP or Generative AI beneficial - Strong client-facing and stakeholder management experience - Experience managing and developing teams - Commercial mindset with experience developing client relationships, identifying opportunities and contributing to business development Role and Reporting Lines Working within the Forensic Analytics and Technology leadership team, you will manage a team of professionals and take responsibility for the delivery and commercial development of client engagements. - Project Delivery - Lead complex Forensic Technology, analytics and AI engagements for clients across multiple sectors - Forensic Technology - Apply expertise across areas including digital forensics, eDiscovery and forensic analytics - Analytics & AI - Oversee the development and application of advanced analytics and AI solutions to complex client challenges - Team Leadership - Manage, mentor and develop a team while promoting a collaborative and high-performing environment - Client Management - Build strong relationships with senior executives and other key stakeholders - Business Development - Identify new opportunities, develop existing client relationships and contribute towards an individual revenue target - Practice Development - Help develop the firm's Forensic Analytics, Technology and AI capabilities, methodologies and service offerings - Thought Leadership - Provide insight on emerging technologies, forensic methodologies and best practice while contributing to the continued development of the wider practice Interested in this position?
