We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Software Developer to join our growing cloud platform engineering team. In this role, you will contribute to the development of a large-scale, cloud-native platform that serves as a centralized control plane for infrastructure and platform services. You will work on modern CNCF technologies, Kubernetes-based platforms, GitOps workflows, and developer enablement solutions that support enterprise-scale production environments. This is an exciting opportunity for engineers who enjoy solving complex infrastructure challenges and building scalable, secure, and highly observable platform solutions. Key Responsibilities - Design and develop cloud-native platform solutions using Kubernetes and Go - Build and maintain custom Kubernetes operators and controllers - Develop Crossplane compositions and infrastructure abstractions - Design and implement GitOps workflows using Argo CD - Build scalable backend services and APIs in Go - Improve platform reliability, observability, security, and performance - Collaborate with platform, infrastructure, cloud, and developer experience teams - Contribute to enterprise-grade infrastructure and internal platform products Required Skills & Experience Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes in production environments Deep understanding of: - Kubernetes APIs - Controllers - Custom Resources (CRDs) - Kubernetes extensibility Strong expertise in Go (Golang) development Experience with: - Kubernetes Operator development - Crossplane composition design and development - Custom Crossplane function development - Production-grade Argo CD implementations - GitOps deployment and infrastructure workflows Strong experience with: - Observability platforms - Grafana Cloud (metrics, logs, and traces) - Microsoft Azure Proven experience operating and maintaining: - Enterprise-scale infrastructure - High-availability production systems - Secure and scalable cloud platforms Experience contributing to complex platform or infrastructure products Preferred Qualifications Experience with: - AWS - OpenShift Platform Engineering and Developer Experience (DevEx) background Experience building: - Internal Developer Platforms (IDPs) - Developer productivity tooling Knowledge of: - Backstage - Infrastructure control planes - Cloud-native platform architectures What We're Looking For - Strong problem-solving skills - Passion for cloud-native technologies - Experience working in distributed and complex environments - Ability to collaborate across engineering, platform, and infrastructure teams - Commitment to building reliable, scalable, and developer-friendly platforms If you are passionate about bringing innovation to the projects you work on and want to join a global company, then this is the place for you.
