Workday Payroll Functional Consultant

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Workday Payroll Functional Consultant based in Canada. This role offers the opportunity to help clients implement, optimize, and support Workday Payroll solutions across US and Canadian payroll environments. You will serve as a trusted functional advisor, helping organizations improve payroll configurations, processes, compliance, and overall system performance. The position combines hands-on Workday configuration with client consulting, troubleshooting, analysis, and continuous improvement. You will collaborate across Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking to ensure accurate processing and seamless connections between HR technology functions. The role is well suited to a detail-oriented professional who enjoys solving complex payroll challenges and translating business needs into effective system solutions. You will work closely with client stakeholders and internal teams while managing priorities and delivering high-quality outcomes. This is a fully remote opportunity for professionals authorized to work in Canada or the US without current or future visa sponsorship.
