Senior Software Engineer - Alti Team

This role offers the opportunity to build and scale an AI agent product at the intersection of software engineering, machine learning, and customer-facing technology. You will develop product features end to end, spanning conversational AI, intelligent agents, automated routines, and LLM-powered experiences. The position combines hands-on product engineering with RAG, evaluation, observability, and machine learning in production. You will work within a small, highly collaborative squad alongside engineering, product, and design professionals. Your work will directly influence how customers use AI to solve real business problems and automate important workflows.
