Venture Builder (Co-founder track)

7labz is a growth engineering and venture studio. We scale companies through design, software, CRM, social media and paid ads, and we use the same team to build and launch our own SaaS ventures. We are looking for founders and operators who want to build their next company with us. Who we are looking for: • Deep knowledge of a market or industry, and a problem in it worth solving • An operator's mindset: you have run a team, a P&L or a sales process before • The drive to lead a venture full-time once it proves traction What you get: • A senior, multidisciplinary team from day one: design, engineering, CRM and growth • Playbooks tested in our own products before they reach yours • Short cycles and fast releases, so real users see the product early • Equity / co-founder terms, to be defined through negotiation How it works: 1.
