Level Designer

Responsibilities : - Own the part of level plays in the overall game experience based on the creative director’s vision - Work with other disciplines and precisely, level artists to ensure that the playability of the level and the graphic elements support each other - Contribute and create level layouts - Build, script, and tune levels to final quality - Place and trigger entities (such as movers, objects, obstacles etc) to create fun and deep gameplay - Oversee and maintain the design of levels by providing constant support and feedback to reach quality, core mechanics and vision - Monitor and put your hands on accessibility, playability, and level of difficulty - Develop topological and event continuity for levels - Contribute to prototyping, scenario creation, event scripting, game balancing, pacing, and gameplay tuning - Help the game to get better in quality through constant playtesting, feedback aggregation and separation of actionable items from non- actionable ones - Work with other designers to develop and maintain a beat chart for game experience Requirements - Experience in Level Design; mastery of 3D level design tools - Solid knowledge of game editors such as Unreal 4/5 - Strong creative skills - A fine attention to quality and detail, both creatively and technically - Understanding of gameplay densities and spaces and work with LA to unify all elements together - Excellent organization and communication skills - Demonstrated ability to work self-directed when necessary - Excellent knowledge of video game industry - Ability to put oneself in player’s shoes Benefits - Working with an international team of world-class professionals on exciting and challenging projects - Learning & Development opportunities – mentoring, lectures, participation at industry conferences and events - Medical Care package - Breakfasts, snacks and fruits available during the day, tea and coffee machines - Additional benefits – care bonus to cover health, educational and safety needs, corporate parties and team buildings and many more others
